Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of EnrichAI ("EnrichAI", "the Service"), a Google Sheets add-on provided by Ashish Sharda ("we", "us"). By installing or using EnrichAI you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
EnrichAI sends spreadsheet data that you select, together with your instructions, to Google's Gemini API, and writes the AI-generated results back into your spreadsheet. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you use EnrichAI for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it. While EnrichAI runs on the Gemini API's free tier, it is not offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
3. Plans and limits
- The free plan currently includes 15 rows per user per day. Preview rows count toward this allowance, which resets at midnight Pacific Time.
- EnrichAI also has an overall daily capacity shared by all free users. When it is reached, processing pauses until the next day.
- We may change limits, features or availability of the free plan at any time.
- Paid plans may be offered in the future, with their own pricing and terms presented before you buy.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you choose to process and for having the right to process it. You agree not to:
- process confidential, sensitive or regulated data (for example health, financial or government-ID information, or passwords), given how free-tier data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy;
- use EnrichAI for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing, or in violation of Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy;
- try to get around usage limits, for example by automating the add-on or using multiple accounts;
- interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the Service.
5. AI-generated output
Results are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or biased. The "Web research" feature currently answers from the model's existing knowledge and does not verify answers against the live web. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. Results are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical or otherwise).
6. Ownership
You keep all rights to your spreadsheet data. As between you and us, you may use the results EnrichAI generates for you, subject to Google's terms for Gemini output. EnrichAI itself, including its name, code and design, belongs to us.
7. Third-party services
EnrichAI depends on Google services (Google Sheets, Apps Script and the Gemini API), which have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes or decisions by those services that affect EnrichAI.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using EnrichAI and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the Service, and we may discontinue the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US $50.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from data you process with EnrichAI or from your breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and for material changes we will give notice in the add-on or on this site. Continuing to use EnrichAI after changes take effect means you accept them.
